Energy Harvesting on AB-Class Power Amplifier Applying Thermoelectric Generators in Push–Pull Mode

Amplifiers are among the most commonly used circuits in electronics, performing a variety of functions wide range electronic systems. Depending on application and design, each amplifier generates waste heat. For power amplifiers that operate at low efficiency high output power, amount wasted energy can be significant. This paper presents an harvesting system based thermoelectric generators transistors AB-Class amplifier. The converted electrical several ways, feeding back into supply (increasing “efficiency”) or powering surrounding sensors sub-circuits. In this work, comparative analysis successfully obtained from different generator models various thermal configurations was carried out. All measurements performed experimentally established setup. Due to as well realized temperature gradient, only 0.84% heat best case scenario. Finally, new push–pull concept presented, main purpose which is generate additional protect semiconductor components overheating.
